This. I heard 60-66% of your bench 1rm actually. When I did 185x5 my bench max was just over 275.
Do any of you guys used a staggered foot stance? I find its the best for stability.

OHP = ego crusher.
I just started doing them again hit 150x3. I lower the bar just below my chin. Going all the way down to my upper chest puts to much strain on my delts.

Using do sets of 3 with 165, trying to bump it up to 170 soon. One of my favorite lifts
I'm surprised to see so many 225.
I'm pretty strong and I though 185 was pretty good

I tried standing OHP today for 1st time and after a couple of tries I managed to get 185 lbs up( I do it seated). I wished I could get 370 lbs on the bench, tng is 295 lbs on the decline, paused it's 275.
