150mg thea with 100-200mg caff off days and Preworkout ~300mg caff.
Hits nicely.. kinda like doing another 150mg of caff on top but without increasing heart rate and longer lasting with no crash, but like I said I might experienced some tolerance build up using it daily.

No tolerance build up when using 300mg daily for up to 8 weeks.

Honestly, it's more about the particular masking agent/bitter blocker (chemical compound) that's used, and the amount. Flavor does help though without a doubt.

yeah I'm aware of the study.. but that was like not my experience breh, I also used it along caffeine and other supplements that could make for a different scenario, one or two studies aren't always a be all and end all, not to sound fugitivesque.

I can see some light flavors ruined even in high amount and little water, shouldn't be a problem in the near future if Mike is right.

The buy 2 get 1 free is still going, I just ordered 3 bottles. I bought a tub of the new c4 with the Teacrine in it, unaware of this stuff, and loved it.. wondered why it worked so much better than the other preworkouts I've tried lately that didn't have it in them!

Great thread here. I really dig the addition of Theacrine in C4 as others have mentioned. Helps keep the tolerance down, and gives it an extra kick.

From data on teacrine, no increase in HR or BP.

That's what I suspected. Pretty badass. I did judo Saturday while on it, and didn't notice any cardio issues, which DMAA and other strong stims give me.

Also does need to be on empty stomach? My routine, i wake up and have 25gprotein shake w/14g mct oil (keto) then have my pre about 30-45min later on way to gym. Should i take caps with my shake or with my pre?

As stated in the thread, you're going to want to dose at least 60 minutes prior to workout.
I'd say 20-30min. preworkout is fine.. as one normally does stims before working out.
Caffeine also peaks in about an hour, doesn't mean you now have to take your Pre or coffee exactly one hour before. No need to sweat small stuff like this.

I tend to agree. I start feeling stims within 20 minutes of ingestion, typically. I find it's nice to have the peak a little later in the workout when you're starting to gas out a bit.
Out of curiosity started looking at this a bit more...found that teacrine has a half life of 20 hours :eek:
Anyone taking this later in the evening have any sleep issues?
Love that long half life! People aren't reporting issues that I've seen...

Really? I took 200 mg w a scoop of Gamer Up on Sat night at like 7pm and had no problem sleeping. It's never really hit me as hard as some others have reported though, so maybe it's a tolerance thing.

It doesn't hit hard, it's smooth, mild, and last a long time. No crash, or even noticeable taper off.
