Congrats, breaking plateaus is fcking awesome!
200lbs must have been a big mental barrier for me because after staying around there for ages I've kept on chugging to 198.2 this week.
Yeahhhhhhh!
We all gonna make it
great job brah....

166.6 after my re-feed yesterday.
Got a busy day today.
was splitting & stacking wood earlier, gonna do some laundry & stain some wood.
Going to keep my weekend food intake under control so I can finally drop under 165 by friday.
-
weighed 157 today after cardio
was 159 yesterday
so despite the 5k+ binge/cheat from Sunday still managed to lose a lb from 158 last week weigh in
feelsgoodman
just gotta be consistent with the diet even if you mess up!

As I suspected I gained 3 pounds over the last couple days. I weighed in at 153.2 this morning. Im going on a cut after my birthday tomorrow. Pappa johns bk whoppers and eating a ton at the chillis restaurant did the damage. Ill probably cut to 146.0 now.

Well I had my day at a local bar and grill and at some delicious stuff. I had 3 pieces of thin crust pizza, 1 potato skin, 2 big onion rings, 2 chicken tenders with ranch, 10-15 of these little (1 cm cubed squares) fried pepper jack cheese bites, maybe 10 tortilla chips with salsa or cheese probably half and half, 1 french fry, 1 twix ice cream bar, 1 large banana flavored laffy taffy ,a small piece of chocolate and a ton of diet dr pepper prior to this all i had eaten was about 400 calories. No nutritional info available on this stuff so I guessed and plugged 3k for a combined total of 3400 calories for the stuff I had prior to going. I think I may be over estimating but either way it was a good time and I'll be curious where I am on the scale Monday. I was 189.6 this morning and am 195 right now. Tomorrow and all week will be perfect so I will be surprised if I am not at a minimum back to where I was an may even post a small loss Friday.

236 today after a weird couple weeks. Today was my 1 month weigh in and progress pics. I'm down 10 pounds for month 1 and starting next week my wife will begin a 5 week acupuncture regimen that's supposed to rev up my metabolism, digestive system, and improve weight loss. HERE-WE-GO!

^i had a Chinese co-worker who explained that you can diagnose some of a person's ailments by "reading" their earlobes. sure enough, she knew i had an intestinal problem at the time by studying the outside rim of my ear... she even got the head of the company to walk around with seeds taped to certain pressure points on his ear as a treatment for whatever was ailing him.

best gift ever was the gift you gave yourself. well, that and your kid(s). i know you have at least one child... dang this memory.
...
i was going through old pics and noticed i've had more ups and downs with my weight than i realized. going forward i'd really like to keep my weight within a much narrower range.

True story - yep, she does Auricular Therapy (ear points) too and yes I've worn an ear seed. Its a trans dermal herb and when I put it on my "Woosah" point I don't want to kill people for being stupid. Works great for road rage, stress, anger management, etc!

I've been really busy with my University Research and Dissertation work at the moment, so I haven't been able to keep up with using this site as much as I would like. But crucially, I have kept up with my cut. From the 7th January to the 22nd March, which is one academic term, I went from 14st 4lbs (200lbs) to 12st 6lbs (174lbs), so I am really happy so far. I'm staying at University this Easter for Revision for finals and my Dissertation, so with the gym 5 minutes away, I'm gearing up mentally now for the next challenge, which is to be in the best shape of my life for my Summer Ball, and look hella good in my Tux doing it.

Great job losing 26lbs in that time! You'll definitely look great if you keep it up! :)
Also, concerning your sig "Creatine cycle started 21/1/13, ends 17/3/13". You don't need to cycle creatine. It doesn't target any receptors so there won't be any drawbacks to staying on it or advantages to cycling off and then on again.

Well, I'm still gaining weight despite being in a definite caloric deficit. My maintenance is 26-2700, I eat 2000, do an hour of football 4-5 times a week and do a push/pull/legs split. I'm pretty sure it's to do with my recent sodium binge + the fact I started taking creatine again a couple of weeks ago -_-
Kind of annoying that it's ****ing up my progress stats wise but I can definitely notice changes in the mirror.
Any of you guys notice a significant weight increase a couple of weeks after taking creatine monohydrate?
-
weighed 156.0 exactly today after cardio. so 2lb loss week after binge. stayin strong

Completely forgot about sending my weight in until just now- oops.
Barely down :/ 249.4 to 249.0. However- my bodyfat is down a decent amount so I'll take it :).
Can't wait until the weather warms up a bit so I can actually enjoy cardio outside rather than freezing.
-

Been kinda stuck in a mini plateau for a couple of weeks. Which i dont believe in, so i need to get my diet in check. I've lifted 7/8 days in a row.

Amen! I hate the treadmill, and the bike isn't much better. The roads are almost clear enough to run... I haven't got my shoes yet, but I might try going for it anyway after work today.
Where would be the proper place to talk about running, anyhow? I always thought the "sports training" sub forum would fit, but that seems to mostly be American football players.
