My shoulder DB press went up in weights again today. Really loving this log so far. The effects Launch has given me has enabled me to progress quite nicely these past few weeks. I probably said this already but Launch is definitely top 3 in my book.
I will be starting a non-sponsored 6 month log next Sunday to see how far I can go before I reach 40. I will be using Triazole+DAA for 2 months, XFA+LCLT+Glycergrow for 2 months, then I will finish it off with APE for 2 months. Together with Launch and iBCAA MAX, these next few months should be fun!! :D

Another great workout!! Launch continues to impress me. Added reps to my one armed DB bench press and lbs to my flys and tricep ext. I think it just might be possible to reach 90 lbs for reps before this log is over.

Hurt my lower back at work yesterday. Nothing serious but at my age, a little pain can get out of hand really quick, so I decided to not do deadlifts today and take it easy with the weights. I'm actually thinking of moving deadlifts on back days. I did ATG squats with just the bar, then with just a 25lbs plate on my chest, then bodyweight squats. Focus, energy, and enurance were still on point but I still decided to cut down on other sources of caffeine, just in case I become stim-tolerant. Pumps, which I think is Launch's biggest weakness was great today as well. I think it's partly due to the amount of reps I did.

Decided to do barbell squats after not doing them for years in fear of injuring my back, and just found out how weak my legs are. I could not even do 145 lbs without my legs shaking. I had to stop at 4 reps. :( My ego got bruised today but my motivation just went up a few notches. I will try my best to squat 200 lbs by the end of this log and 300x5 by the end of the year.

Added reps to my shoulder press again!! I think cutting down on coffee was a really good decision since Launch's effects were extra strong minutes after I took it. I might not need to go on a stim break yet. Will add 2.5 lbs on my next workout.

My legs were still sore from last Thursday's leg workout so I decided to pass on doing deadlifts. Really disappointed about that. I guess there's always next week.

Added weights in all my lifts today. WOOHHOO!!! Really happy with that. I'm pretty close to the halfway point of this log and if I keep on progressing like this, I think it's possible for me to lift 100 lbs for 3-5 reps by the end of this log. Keeping my fingers crossed. Launch is Legit!!
