Is this real life? FATS ARE NOT STORED AS FAT. ffs. Insulin is also an important hormone. It's one of the most anabolic hormones out there.
Fats are more likely to be stored as fats than carbs or proteins due to there structure.
Do you even know what anobolism is? Here is a hint it aint just about building muscle. Anything new that is created in the body is done by annobolic pathways. (anabolic creates, catabolism brakes down). Once muscle and liver glycogen stores are full carbs can only be stored as fat
Yo onema whats my natty potential?

No, fats are stored in the body in like the stomach etc? Insulin causes them to be stored??? What don't you get imo?
5'9'', 170 lbs, small frame. Been training for nearly 2 years, whats my limit?
I can't believe I didn't see it, a thousand apologies good sir
I mean you can loose weight by cutting carbs, but thats more because naturally you will be in a big deficit cutting out carbs. In order to cut optimaly and maintain muscle which is what i think you would want to do... then cutting out carbs is not a good idea
I know this was posted ages ago, but it's annoyed me.
If we think back 5-10 thousand years or so - pre-biblical times. Our ancestors were predators. They were powerful, fast and athletic. They hunted to survive. Do you think those guys were gorging on bread and big bowls of pasta? Course not. Their diets were made up of what they could find and what they could kill. So we're talking meat, fish, fruit, vegetables and nuts. Their diet was high protein, relatively low fat, low carbohydrate. This is the way the human body was designed to eat and is the way humans have eaten for millions of years. I find it hard to believe that you're suggesting that eating the way that the human body is adapted to eat would be a bad idea, and that it would be hard to maintain muscle mass by eating that way.
you need carbs and fats for muscle development and cutting, anyone who takes a basic nutrition class knows this.

What would be the natural limit of someone 6'0", 290 lbs, 33% bf?
OP I read your advice and I decided to cut out not only fats and carbs, but protein too.
My test levels are risen 900%!

5'6 190 = wot is limit
Well considering you're 6'3 I reckon you can easily get to a solid 250lbs @10%. Maybe more if you have good genetics?
Also depends on BCAAs and ECAs and stuff. Creatine isn't fully natty but as long as you don't take more than 5g it's ok.
OP U trolling? Or are you just retarded?
I'm 235 lb in the morning at around 16% body fat, at 6'4". I've been training for a year and a half. My legs are huge, my arms are probably one of my weaker parts and they're almost 17 inches cold. My wrists are 7.5, ankles 9.5. What's my genetic potential and how long will it take, around 4 years in total?
