Dude that is freaking amazing! What was your weight in each of the three pictures? The reason I ask is because I am just about your same height and I am just beginning to my abs and I could really use a rough estimate of what weight I will need to hit in order to see them. Once again man, you made phenomenal progress. Kudos
Oh and some +rep :)
Yea i was wondering the same thing..im 6'0 215 right now about to start my first cut.
What was your weight after bulk to that third pic after cut?

How long were your bulking/cutting periods? At what surplus/deficit did you use?
Nice progress man. How much do you eat a day? How many calories?
Bro, it's all about consistency. I usually work out in the morning, and eat like 2-4 small meals after. I snack on whatever I could like greek yogurt. and towards the end of the night, I drink a protein shake (500calories, 50g protein).
You don't necessarily have to stuff your face with food, but try to keep it consistent. Eat some chicken, steak, fish, and PASTA! Carbs are important too

Great transformations everyone! Just wondering how much food y'all eat for these transformations? im currently eating 5000 calories n what about stomach fullness by the end of the day aren't your stomachs on swole mode?

Eh, it's not so bad if you slowly increase your surplus. I started eating 3,500 calories a day, which was roughly a 10% surplus. I stopped seeing the results I wanted, so I slowly increased my calorie intake (like +200 calories a week). Now my minimum caloric intake is 4,000- and I can eat 5,000 in a day without feeling stuffed. I do get some bloat though, if I eat too much in one sitting.
How spread out are your calories throughout the day?

Hey guys,
I workout since the end of august all alone and I don't have any people to ask what I should do.
So, my before/after picutres and details are in the picture.
I planning 3 more months bulking and then 12 weeks cutting till summer. What do you think, may I start cutting earier, or can I follow my original plan? I'd like to be ripped around june/july, I mean sixpack and stuffs.
You guys did awesome transformations, so I really appriciate any suggest from you.

Go check out the Workout Programs forum on here. You should be able to find intelligent people to help you with what you want. I would keep bulking if I were you, it really doesn't look like you put on a lot of mass yet.
