Yeah. I actually have to take a caffeine pill before I head out since I started trying to get to the gym earlier, else I don't feel like I'm really pushing hard. The days I forgot to take one, I feel too relaxed and people see me slapping myself in the face to wake up before I do a set. LOL

It sure does. I'm on week 22+ now of my current cut. 3rd week with the cut coach.
IMO, micro strength gains during a cut is great, it's still progress. Try and make huge strength gains during your bulk. Or at least in our case after the 7%, when we lean bulk :)
My strength goals for this cut is at least maintain but shoot for progressive overload with 5% increases as I hit certain weight/rep range.
This is my training though so others may see different. But it's working for me.

My highest weight set on ATG is only 225 still. I can only do 3x5 at that weight and that last set is a struggle. Then I lower weight for a couple more sets.
But yeah, doing this while cutting is making it hard. I feel like I'm plateaued on it and I'm not really seeing beginner gains anymore.

Man I remember visiting a Vietnamese refugee camp when I was a kid (4th grade) and it was pretty sad scene. You know rough life then. I think that's the biggest difference with Asians born and raise growing up some in their native land vs. someone who was born here. It's really is still rough living in most places in Asia especially if mom and dad still struggling to make ends meet making the kids more mentality tough and have that "hunger" to succeed. That's the reason I plan to take my daughter to see where I grew up so she can understand the importance of not to be materialistic.

week 3 just started, back workout last night was insane even on a empty stomach and 9lbs lost, im looking to gain it back n on top of adding another solid 2-5 lbs by the end of this week and start making my workout video piece by piece and have someone put it together some how.
u guys will miring my 225lbs 1 arm barbell row since our db only goes up to 125lbs at la fitness
