The problem with "certain people" is that they think cardio has to be some long, drawn-out, bodyweight-only event. I like flipping a 300 lb. tire for sets of ten.
I'm 31. Fite me!
Yeah that interval cardio. Drawn out cardio blows... unless you're a Kenyan or something. I don't get the whole marathon training concept. Gotta cringe when I hear someone's "training for a marathon."
Yeah, sprinting in the winter is rough, I did it when I was a teenager, but it gets harder. I need to get a heavy bag for training.
High rep squatting with light weight is a good idea. I need to get a bike to ride. I also enjoy box jumps and jump roping.
I just assumed your gym had a heavy bag. Boxing is a pretty big deal in Philadelphia, IDK a gym in this city that doesn't have at least 5 or 6 heavy bags.

Should I pick this up for my bulk reloading? I figure it will speed me up a bunch and I can measure to precision when I'm doing the high quality stuff.
I use it for my more precise rifle stuff. It does not feel as smooth, solid, and nice as the other throwers like RCBS or Redding, but if your throw technique is consistent your powder dispensations will be consistent. I tried to find the article that compares the RCBS, Redding, Lyman, and Lee measures but couldn't find it. The gist of the story was that the Lee offered the same consistency. That said, a lot of Lee equipment requires a little TLC when you first get it to clean it up. They pretty much just machine, cast, or mold their stuff and then consider it finished. There is very little finishing work done like smoothing out burrs and mating parts together perfectly.

got a Hyundai genesis coupe
its drive by wire, got in to drive to work (first really cold day this year) the throttle would stick and not drop below 5k rpms pulsing between 5k-5,500 unless i used the clutch to bring it back down
im hoping its just an ECU reflash

drive by wire does eliminate the possiblity of the foot pedal or throttle cable sticking from frost, but there's still a servo or something that controls the butterfly in the throttle body, isn't there? seems strange that the ECU would suddenly need a reflash just cuz it got cold, doesn't it?

trying to refrain from making purchases till blackfriday, hoping that the things i want are still in stock till then.

apparently when some of the sensors (throttle position sensor etc) start to die this is how they go, I want an ecu reflash just because it will waste their time and i didnt get a loaner car

Parts and ammo alike are in good standing as far as availability goes. I think you'll be ok to hold off. Lately it seems like companies are just looking for excuses to put stuff on sale - I think black friday - cyber monday will have some really incredible deals.

I hope so, the past few holidays we've been expecting big sales were kind of a let down.

found two good deals on colt ar's this morning, no tax, S&H $25 for the two. one was even their last one with restricted markings, '13 model with BUIS, but still. no BF special, just decent prices compared to what else i'm seeing. RatWorx in IL.
-
trying to decide between the Vortex Viper PST 1-4x(illuminated reticle, Second focal Plane, moa adjustments, capped turrets, lifetime warranty) or Bushnell AR 1-4x with illuminated BTR reticle (limited warranty, first focal plane, .mil adjustments, exposed turrets) (http://www.bushnell.com/tactical/rifle-scopes/ar-optics/1-4x-24mm-throw-down-pcl).
i really want to buy once cry once with the vortex, but if i get the Bushnell, i can use the money saved (almost $300) and acquire more ammo.

Get Vortex over the Bushnell, even if you just get the Crossfire II for $250. Don't know if you really need the PST for a 1-4 power.

I'm looking at the Vortex as well, but also considering the Primary Arms 1-6x scope. Probably leaning Vortex if a good BF sale pops up for them.

I went right to their site for these. I did actually find a reasonably priced restricted marking 6920 on gunbroker earlier this week, had aftermarket parts on it, but still decent price even with having to replace the aftermarket parts with stock stuff. in the 10 minutes while i was waiting for him to send a pic proving the original barrel, someone else bought it out from under me.
kept searching just on google and found ratworx. sold me the MP-R model cheaper than what my FFL guy can even buy it for here.

I have that one. We sniper now.
Its not bad, you can just use the center dot if you dont wanna mess with all the ranging reticles.

What is y'alls experience with the black friday to cyber monday deals? I don't want to drop big money on Friday then regret it Monday. Also don't want to hold out on Friday hoping for big deals on Monday then be dissappointed. When do y'all usually drop your cash?
I'm new to this having some degree of expendable income thing.

Generally if it's an item you've been specifically waiting on and it's a nice deal, you just pull the trigger. Personally I don't hold out and hope the next deal might come along where I might possibly get it marginally cheaper.

One of my clients at work has one of them. BEAUTIFUL cars. I absolutely love the way they look. These types of pictures make me want a Jeep over a Tacoma...
