Had a crazy last couple of days (drove across state and back) so just worked to my opener (did a few more reps than normal on the way up just to get back in the groove)
Getting some much needed rest on Saturday and Sunday and attacking squats on Monday.

They have a ton of stretch to them so be sure to pull tight after each wrap. Your welcome.

I haven't given up on strongman. Just need to get my static strength up A LOT and powerlifting seemed like a logical choice.
