my gym replaced the standing calf raise machines with HOIST standing calf raise machines which moves with you.....
so I don't know how well these number hold up to a real standing calf raise
but
540lbs * 10 (12 45lb plates )
and also
450lbs * 20
Both are huge increase since the last time i did raises ( which was around 380 ), don't know which is more fantastical higher reps or higher weight
Two months ago I couldn't do a proper unassisted pull up to save my life. Bought a pull up bar and I now squeeze out a few reps a few times per day. I can now do 5 unassisted with good form. My goal is to be able to do 4 sets of 20. I'll get there!
Hit two PRs today. First doing 100 lbs dumbbell bench for 3 reps on my last set and 3 sets of 245 deadlifts. Just recently started deadlifting.
Since i started tracking weights on BB.com 7 months ago, I have finally powered past 1,000,000lbs of iron. Granted there is a lot of workouts that are untracked, but this is tracked workouts
New bench PR : 1 x 325lbs @ 170lbs bodyweight. My max 2 or 3 months ago was 315lbs. Pretty stocked with the progress. Goal : 335lbs by the summer.
355x8 deads @ 6'2 189 morning weight on a cut
330lbs deadlift x 1. Was aiming for 350 but couldn't get it.
AWESOME work guys, keep it up!
Set a front squat record at my gym today! 8 reps of 225 lbs in the 170-185 pound group. Love going to Retribution Fitness in Anaheim, CA and seeing the progress and gains I am making.
Reped 345lbs at hexbar 12 times my last workout. Will be doing my 1 rep max on several excercises soon. Can't wait. Get after it!
Just hit a 3 plate squat for one rep...and I'm under 150lbs...I'm feeling strong!!
Yesterday for the first time I benched over 200. I did that so easy my buddies said go for 225. My first attempt was a failure but my next try I busted it out! I weigh 170 and have never benched that much! It was a great feeling!
Won't let me post video:( PortlandBrentC is my YouTube account. Have most of my PR's on there. Squat is at 300 I think and hit 265 on bench. Military press seated is at 175. My girl has a 205 dead at 135 and 5'5"
55lbs dips for 3 reps @ 172-173lbs bodyweight.

How long did it take you to get to that?
When i started working out ie. 3 months ago..
It was like 8 pushups, 3 pullups hardly 15 Squats without weight..
I did them everyday, hit the gym and now am amazed by my own progress.
50 continous Pushups, 20 pullups and load of Squats with 22Lb barbell.
Hit my goal of 1/2/3/4 plate press/bench/squat/dead
This past week I hit a few PRs:
1. 80 lb. dumbbells, Flat Bench Chest Press, 4 times (with a spot)
2. 60 lb. dumbbells, Incline Chest Press, 5 times (with a spot)
3. 185 lbs, Back Squat, 3 times
4. 185 lbs, Deadlifts, 5 times
I'm hoping to increase my Wide Grip Pull-Ups soon too.
Deadlift 315 for reps. Double Overhand grip, no straps, no chalk, raw.
If I get me some straps I bet I can max out at 350.

nice, man! if it matters, I suggest chalk instead of wraps if your gym allows it. I've used both, chalk doesn't hurt your wrists or limit grip strength. best of luck!
Hit 240 on incline bench, two sets of 4 :D
I squatted 215*8 for 2 sets, I'm pumped to try 225 next leg day. I also got flat DB bench press with 75's for 9 reps then 8 reps. Felt amazing.
