Overhead press
Overhead extension
Curl
Hammer curl
Wrist flexion
Lateral raise
Back flye
Front raise
Am pumped now. I do these exercises after each session. Since I won't be able to lift this week, I'll just do these to pass the time.

the last vid I did was 315 x 10 on bench (I forget when I posted it). Its just a pain to set up, so its almost not worth it as it provides me no benefit.

that is the biggest reason i think i am glad i got a home set up. taking vids is easy to set up. requires no real effort to set my phone on something in the garage. at the base gym i was at it sucked to set it up when it was busy

I use my phone to film myself and even then, it's not a big deal. I use a small 2.5 lb plate to hold it upright and then hit the 'start' button. Cake.

Yes, singles. I do most of my heavy work with 'em.

Seriously though, people forget that squats are a bodyweight exercise. When you have very little bodyweight to lift you can, of course, use more added weight on the BW movements
+ a 365 lb squat single isn't terribly heavy or anything

A small frame also makes it harder to stabilize the load, something which a fat guy will find very easy to do. Extra fat/bulk helps a lot. People who are good squatters have long torsos and short legs. I believe that kind of body type makes deadlifting easier as well.

Carrying excess fat has no strength benefit - it makes you carry less mass in your weight class, causes less oxygen to be supplied to your blood, etc. It's just harder to be a lean killing machine.

Excess fat helps you bench and squat more. Sure, you'll lose out on Wilks, but not everybody here cares about Wilks. LIME can argue this a lot better than I can. I'll see if he's online (probably preparing an awesome vegetarian meal).
