Once again, this thread shows why most people do not like bodybuilders or "meat heads". Kid asks for advice and people make jokes. I actually used to really like this forum, but it is becoming more and more of a joke. The ones who made negative comments need to get over themselves.
man bsn syntha 6 hit my stomach harder than any other protein. I still have nightmares of how I felt the morning after drinking 3 of them
Syntha-6 is my all time favorite whey. Chocolate Cake Batter for life!! Although, I would imagine 3 servings of any protein powder could have that effect on a stomach :)
Animal Whey, on the other hand, makes me feel queasy/borderline nauseous every time I drink it, which sucks because I didn't learn this until AFTER I bought a big tub of it form this site a few weeks back. :(

That's not the reason he's getting some flak. It has some to do with some previous threads.

In all fairness, though, a lot of the newbie threads are met with responses that are downright hostile. I get it that a lot of the same "dumb" questions get asked over and over, but there's so much misinformation (and conflicting information) getting propagated these days that it should be no surprise that so many newbies are so confused and operate under a lot of false assumptions about nutrition, that they ask redundant questions the answers for which a lot of the more seasoned posters take for granted. A lot of the scorn and sarcasm is unwarranted. There are nicer ways to inform people that 99.9% of their questions have been answered in "the stickies" - there was a time when I didn't even know what a sticky was.

Thanks.
Yea, my flak and harassment comes from my different views. I value nutrition from a micro standpoint and have rubbed people the wrong way. I get a lot of hate because I believe the quality of the carb matters, etc. The truth is I have some broscience beliefs because they have given myself and the people around me results. I have a belief that foods effect hormone and body composition.
I wish they would stop harassing me though. I don't value their harassment and inputs.

No that's not the reason.
Valuing micronutrients is common sense and most of the regulars do it here.

You would think. Go back through my post and most of the hate comes from stating things like Mt Dew and Oats are not the same in quality. People like DG99 state things like pizza is healthy and should be portion of the diet. It is garbage and they can continue to think that. But, I wish they would leave me alone and I will let them say anything they want and believe anyway they want. They just continue to harass and should be banned. I guess their favorites on the forum and are allowed to say anything they please.
I know I am doing the thing in real life. I am making great progress, etc.
I don't know everything so I choose to get opinions and study them. Thank you for showing me an alterative protein supplement.
MRPB, I do get your points from the past and a diet doesn't have to be as rigid as mine.
I am really just trying to learn and continue to improve. Yes, I am obsessive and still don't like the cheat meal concept. Mainly because I want to get everything I can out of my body. I do recomp in cuts but choose to do so with just more good quality foods.

Fixed that for you. Nobody here hates you, so quit flattering yourself. Someone would have to care at least 1 iota to hate someone; so thus, I guarantee nobody here hates you.

Example of harassment. Change the context of my quote.

I've read the threads when they happened and I know what you've been posting.
You don't get why you're getting flak. There's more you don't understand when it comes to nutrition. Hang around here for long enough and that may change.

Maybe some. Still holding true to my ideas for the most part.
I see the results and so many compliments. Bodyfat lower than its ever been. Help my wife lose 50 pounds and she is looking awesome.
I have to stick to what works. Wholefoods are where it at, for sure.
I shouldn't be a criminal for not eating pop tarts. I just don't see how that is going to help me achieve my goals. And I am all about the goal.

If you read this part of the reply...
People like DG99 state things like pizza is healthy and should be portion of the diet. It is garbage and they can continue to think that.
.......I'm not even gonna start there.
Wait yes I am.
- bread, meat, cheese, sauce and veggies.
Aware me, Zak; where's the problem?
-
If anything I keep finding areas to improve my diet. Like I bought a steamer and make sure I always get veggies frozen or fresh instead of cans.

Most pizzas.
Bread- Refined grain (no micro nutritional value)
Meat-typically garbage meat with high saturated content
Sauce-typically high in added sugar (high fructose corn syrup)
Veggies-ok
The oils and process - Trans fat city.
-
This is a good example showing you've got some things to learn about nutrition.
The saturated fat content of meat isn't really an issue in a healthy diet. However, processed meats have been linked with colorectal cancer. This has nothing to do with the saturated fat content.
But wait, what if someone chooses salmon or tuna on their pizza with tomato sauce, cheese and veggies. There you have it, a micronutrient rich, healthy pizza.
So really pizza can be healthy or unhealthy, depending on the context.

You can make a Pizza somewhat healthy.
You can get a dough that is more brown rice flour vs refined grain.
You can use a sauce with no/low added sugar.
You can use leaner/healthier meat choices.
You can make it homemade to avoid any trans fat from the process.
The cheese can be good not heavily processed.
Its a lot of things you can alter to make it better, but it isn't your typically run of the mill (Papa Johns) pizza.
-
You can make a Pizza totally healthy.

PS. if I make pizza it will be one with good quality ingredients.

It's not against forum rules to edit a quote, especially as those of us with common sense can tell fairly quickly that he did it to make a point, and can observe those were not your original words.
Are you expecting the internet police to follow you around and make sure no one hurts your feelings?
Also, today I ate a homemade pizza with all natural ingredients. How is that "somewhat" healthy?

The cheese is where I hit the wall. I don't really know to find good cheese that hasn't been so processed. Or what to look for.

I don't know the situation in the US but here in the Netherlands pretty much every supermarket sells good quality mozzarella.
Of course every cheese is processed to some degree that but that doesn't have to mean it's unhealthy.

Why so serious!?
Got to just laugh because at the end of the day. I love my progress. I love going home to my wonderful wife and three boys. My life is great and my Lord is good.

If you had been able to construct a sentence in your native language at/or above a 3rd grade level, I might have been upset.
Should I report you now as well?
To be honest I don't have a single ounce of hatred or disdain for you as I don't have the time or energy to waste on such mundane things, but hope that my consistent pestering eventually opens your eyes to your own ignorance.
I don't care how long it takes.

Very true. I do not have a degree in English and like to use fragment sentences. But, I do have a degree in Finance from The University of Texas. Graduated Magna Cum Laude with a 3.89 GPA
Thanks for being my biggest hater. I just climaxed your face.
Why!?, do non of you haters have actually progress pics and any evidence of success?

I know it sounds crazy, but why not just eat real food?
