they were actually a little less i GAINED strength during my cut. The first month or so i got discouraged because my stregth shot down but as i kept going it shot up greater than when i was bulking :D

Looks great. You should be able to add 30% to your squat with very little work. Thats the low hanging fruit.

No cardio and all I ate was chicken for protein,cereal for carbs pre/post workout, while wheat wraps for more carbs
