I had the same side effects but I got rid of them by increasing water intake. Drink at least a gallon of water a day and a lot of those side effects go away.

Yea ditto...actually ever since I started on thermogenic stuff I've been more hungry.
I got a free sample and finally tried it today. I took it in the afternoon on a somewhat empty stomach, within an hour I felt super nauseous...went to the gym to get my hour cardio in and bounced from machine to machine and couldn't concentrate and finally left after 40 minutes. came home and wanted to eat everything in site. felt super cracked out. never taking this stuff again!
Insatiable hunger...hmm...no, I've never experienced that. If anything it blunts my appetite.
I am taking HD , and CLK , 2 Pills in the AM then I eat 30 Min later and take 3 CLK's . It does make me feel nuaesus , and I just ate and I am a bit hungry , but I have lost around 3 llbs on the scale , since I started to really cut starting this Saturday .
I think my Immune has taken a hit as well , but I also take 1 centrum and 2 fish oils 1400 MG a day after workout , with a meal or after the protein shake .
So I started taking Cellucor Super HD Saturday, after reccomendations from my trainer and other friends. I followed the dosing info and the first night felt fine... (took the first pill mid day after I bought them).
Sunday I took the 1st pill as I woke up and ate about 30 minutes after. I took a second dose in the afternoon about 5 hours later.
I don't know if this is normal or if I'm just "getting used to it" but I had OVERWHELMING hunger. Insatiable hunger...as in I drank a protein shake post workout, made dinner, AND had a protein bar after and felt like I hadn't eaten in 12 hours. I was miserable.
Now this morning I decided to give it another try, thinking it was a fluke, and I'm definitely hungrier than normal, but not as bad as yesterday. However, I feel like I'm in a cloud mentally and just feel 'off'.
Any idea why this is happening? Is this normal? Could I just be having a weird reaction? My plan was to return the supp and probably not try another..but I'd love your input.
I just has an upset stomach. Meaning I took a mad **** after a few hours of consumption.
I haven't experienced any increased hunger, I pretty much have to force myself to eat. I do experience frequent sweating, tingling in my face, shaking hands, and paranoia/being startled for no reason.
I took 60 serving and did not have any side effects, the only one would be is I had to much caffeine and would start to get headaches normally I try to keep below 200mg a day

Sweating = Thermo Blend hence you feeling it working. Its a powerful product with stimulants. (160mg per cap) if the stim is too strong you should look into the Super HD powder, you can then do half scoop or 1.5 scoops to help assess a different dosage that suits you compared to 1/2 caps
Comes in Peach Mango and Strawberry lemonade

How was your progress bud? Thanks for keeping us up to date
I've only been taking Super HD for about a week now, so what I say could be off. But I think my vision is a bit more blurry (though I don't get enough sleep) and my body temperature is higher (though it's been an especially cold winter, and everywhere the heat is being cranked up). Anyway, thought I'd share in case anyone is experiencing similar things on Super HD.
As to my appetite, it's about the same.

Increase Body Temp = a part of the reason behind a Thermo. that is one of its properties
I took cellucor for the first time today. First pill on an empty stomach as suggested and ate breakfast about a hr later (830 am). Took the second pill (1pm) and worked out and drunk a protein smoothie for lunch after. Since the second pill I felt nauseous and had off and on bad stomach cramps. Finally around 6 had to force myself to eat dinner cause no appetite. Nauseousness went away but not the stomach cramps. Anyone else feels like this? It's to early to tell but I don't like this feeling.
Newbie here! I just started taking this as of this morning and will be stacking with the CLK. I'll only be taking one SuperHD pill in the AM on my workout days though, as I also will be using C4 late in the afternoon/early evening prior to my workout (only half a scoop because I'm VERY sensitive to that kind of stuff).
I was nervous to take this on a completely empty stomach (as directed) because I didn't want to get nauseous... so I made a shake with 1 scoop of Cellucor Whey, a tablespoon of almond butter, a banana, and almond milk. I still feel very awake from the SuperHD but I AM STARVING. Like, uncontrollable. My morning snack was cottage cheese with fresh fruit and chia seeds, and lunch was a turkey burger with broccoli. And then I proceeded to eat half a bag of Boom-Chicka-Pop. Still hungry. Drinking as much water as I can to try and fill up but AHHH........ has anyone else had this problem with it? Maybe it just needs a few doses to really kick in??

This wont help you much
Half dosing the Super HD wont really give you any benefit or notice much results half dosing it and using c4 together
Drop the C4 and use another pill in place of the C4 so you get the full benefits of the HD/Thermo blend.

Very helpful... Thank you!! :)
The burning in the stomach (more like a warming) is the capsimax, but does not happen in most people since it is coated. Also, the emtpy stomach is to ensure the capsules do not sit in the gut too long, and exert effects in the stomach, but rather through the increased circulation and thermogenisis in the body supported by the capsimax, yohimbe, etc..
If you cannot handle stimulants, then Super HD may not be the best product to start with, but we do have a non-stimulants T7 and Ws1 stack to use as well.
If you really feel the Super HD is too strong, you can email me at mulisse@cellucor.com and I can help workout an exchange or sample of our non-stims.
Personally, females have a lot of success with N0 extreme, because its both a thermogenic and a pre-workout. There is also no creatine, so no bloat issues, etc...that is a common concern for females. It simply will help to increase nutrients delivery and increase fat release/utilization during the workout time zone. Cardio or weights....
Its even has NO3 techonology via Arginine Nitrate, and most females have never even accessed the potential of nitrates, and what a good pump can do for the female physique.
This is my third day taking this product and I was just curious if this heat in the stomach you are referring to could happen in the chest because I just started feeling this heat a little while ago.
I have RA and Hashimotos. I have had a terrible time with losing weight and thanks to the Withings scale I know I've been the same weight for 2 years.
I loved SHD for the first couple of days. I was high! Had awesome workouts, had decreased appetite, was able to eat in the morning and afternoon and survive with a light supper. But the third day I felt foggy. I took the morning and afternoon capsules like the first couple days. The Thurs I was exhausted and Friday I had a killer headache, took the day off and slept for 3 days. 14 hr nights. 5 hour naps.
So I'm not sure if it was an anomaly or an issue with the SHD and my levothyroxine and Humira.
I KNOW what the side if the bottle says. Don't take if you have blah blah blah, but I have taken thermogenesis since the mid 90s, had RA then, and still looked awesome. Now the weight gain has taken its toll on my self esteem and I want to have the energy to exercise and lose 20 lbs.
Any idea on whether it was a thyroid storm from the product or just a coincidence? I want to take it again. I felt amazing energy and lost 2 lbs. That's 2 pounds off 163 that hasn't budged Down in ages!
Thanks in advance.
well this is a thermogenic and will give you crazy energy bursts, it may be that your body is burning more calories/fat than intake....also it may be not enough water, i always get very hungry when i am water depleted. all things aside these are suppliments, and everyone will respond differently. i have taken PWO that had no complaints and got a migraine and bloody nose from, if it is to much for you i would rec. stopping the product and consulting a doctor before using again to make sure there is no underlying cause. some stims hit people harder than others especially on an empty stomach. drink a gallon or two a day of water and see if this help, good luck and stay safe.

I must say this is some really good advice goatnapper. I came to the forums because I've been on Super HD for 2 weeks now and wanted to see if anyone else has had experienced my weird side effects with the product. Reflecting on my experience and reading through all of the posts in this thread I realize that I only felt weird when I didn't eat enough/the right food or drink enough water.
This product is a thermo and with that comes the heat, the hunger suppression, the energy, and some of these ingredients like yohimbe are "known" for having some funny side effects . As long as your diet, hydration, and activity factor are on-point, most of the other side effects experienced seem like sensitivity to a thermo in general.
I will say though the first few days I had some crazy diarhea but it went away after a few days, and I've been quite "regular" ever since. Looking forward to this cycle to be over though, will be nice to be off the stims.
I've experienced crazy chills, even when I am at the gym and warmed up. But inside I am so hot and even sweaty at time. Like chills and hot flashes all at once. Also, bowel movements have been a bit annoying. I have to go to often. I do feel like I have more energy. When I first was taking it, I would feel jittery, but I don't feel jitters anymore. I do however have an increased heart rate so much to wear I can feel my heart beating more powerful and intense. Oh, and I am always hungry!! I drink so much water so I know this isn't the cause.

ive been using SHD for over a week and plain love it i have found that the 3 pill a day is to much for me so 1 in the morn and 1 at lunch and drink plenty of water ive lost 8 lbs so far have plenty of energy and less appetite i always been in pretty good shape but now that i just turned 40 i started to lose enery and gain a little belly fat this is really helping me curve both probs i also work outside in the heat so water is a must anyhow and as for any thermogenics or diet pill exercise water is a must and cant address it enough ive seen people pass out from lack of it without no supplments taking

I just had to go to the cafe here at work and eat "second breakfast"... so yeah, you aren't the only one. :)
I've been taking this product for two days now. The first day I took the cellucor super hd I decided it would be best not to work out and see how it affected my body. (I did not research it before buying) It was fine I felt good had a lot of energy but my heart rate was off the wall. It kind of felt like I took adderol but it was way more intense.
My second day taking it I took it at 6:00 am I had a small protein shake around 6:15 and went to the gym at 6:30. About 15 minutes into my workout it felt like I was about to go into cardiac arrest. My heart was pounding I couldn't breath and my chest hurt like crazy. I went home and tried to lay down and calm myself down. I started throwing up about 30 min after laying down, and still had a very rapid heart beat. I have taken pre workouts before with caffeine in them and they have been awesome. But I have never experienced anything like this. I am 20 years old, very healthy and active with a healthy heart, no health problems what so ever. They tell you not to take it for four weeks after you have been taking it for an 8 week period because it can damage your liver, that should be the red flag right there. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I can only imagine how dangerous this product could be to people twice my age.
First you buy something with no research? Then what do you expect if you have no idea what you are putting into your body or reading the label of a product that you do want to buy
Secondly, Super HD is a higher stim thermo. meaning it has 160mg of caffeine per cap that you take. How many caps are you taking and what pre-workouts have you taken? This can give you a gauge on how strong your previous products were and your overall tolerance to caffeine. Are you taking any other caffeine based products with the HD? Such as coffee, energy drinks, or soda by chance? These can add up and be a culprit as well
Third, the HD Thermo blend is strong and will really heat up your body, as always you should consult your doctor before taking any products or supplements and always researching what you are putting in your body this way you would know how you react and what to expect. I would highly suggest reading reviews or researching what you are taking so you know the general side effects from a higher stim thermo/fat burner on the market.

There are many potential reasons for your bodies reaction to Super HD.
First, are you taking the recommended dose? Or are you taking more?
Two, which preworkouts have you taken before? are you taking them with SuperHD?
Three, are you prescribed adderal, and are you taking it with SuperHD?
Please email me at CoryM@cellucor.com so I can offer you assistance.
PLEASE, DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
We want to assure you are taking the product correctly, and see why you may have experienced these adverse side effects.
I would really like to try this stuff, anyone who has some but doesn't like it I might be interested in buying from you, send me a pm if interested (sorry if this is not allowed I will delete it)

I feel the same way! this is my second day i will give it a week to see if my body gets use to it.
does anyone know why my lower back would hurt? I took the capsule of super power HD and i was very hyper throughout the day. I honestly liked it because I had a lot of energy. My lower back started to hurt later at night and i dont have any kind of disease. Is it my kidneys? IDK what to do help!
Super HD has nothing to do with lower back pain. That is not at all what a Thermo does nor a fat burner. that would be because of your form or maybe various other things that could cause lower back pain in the real world.
