man... so many junk foods sound amazing right now. i've been eating really clean for the past 2 months. my cheats have been 1 wicked chinese food meal (pork fried rice, pork chow mein, sesame chicken), and one trip to arby's on the night of the NBA draft. medium roast beef sand, large curly fries, large mtn dew (no ice! more sugar!). one cheat meal each month so far. very proud of that...
i just wish i could stop fantasizing about diving into a swimming pool full of double chocolate fudge brownie ice cream and hot fudge.
/cry
CURSE THIS THREAD!
don't fantasize bro...DO IT!
What are ya'll treats you allow yourself to eat more often then not? Just curious (wouldn't mind some new ideas!)
My favorite snack is just peanut butter by the spoon.
Not a sweet treat but something I like to munch on sometimes: fresh popped popcorn (not from a packet, just the kernals popped) with salt, no butter.
Also, like Kashee 7 grain crackers (think they are the little healthy crackers) -- with lowfat cheddar
Also, the best yogurt I've found: Cascade Fresh, low sugar, all natural
Butter Cake
/thread:)
Reese's puffs, peanut butter sandwiches.

Is that one meal? Please say so ad please post recipe!
I would have to say just something like toast with a ton of butter, cinnamon and sugar is perfect for me.
That or cream of wheat with eggs, and cream in it....yes it does taste like custard.
strawberry cheesecake ice cream and cookie dough. my mom bought both of these, but im trying to stay lean for mexico and its soooooo hard not eating any of it. i skipped my carbload day last sunday to stay lean for the trip this week.

Unless you visit Maine, you won't be able to enjoy the treat my "inner child" enjoys every chance he gets with my sons - some Round Top Light Black Raspberry Ice Cream.

X3.
I used to work at an ice cream store and we made homemade ice cream...one of the flavors was banana pudding (it was vanilla ice cream with banana cream pudding mix, real bananas and nilla wafers) they only made it every once in a while...honestly the best thing I?ve ever tasted..Hence I "used" to work there, having that staring at you all day can be detrimental to your training.
i have two faves, if were talkin' meals here
puerto rican food
pie a la mode

I'm just putting it out there that banana pudding/cream pie is an addiction
Reese's peanut butter cups....yummm
Me personally, I have a "treat" every night. Usually it's a homemade brownie or two, or 1-2 homemade oatmeal raisin cookies, or a big slice of cake. I do also love my daily PB+Banana+Honey sandwiches too!!!! but i have this everyday, so its sorta like my mini treat each day lol
When I'm really feelin' it I hit up DQ or Cold Stone for a giant IceCream.
1-2 times a year i have a cheat meal where i'll eat something i've been craving for the past 6-12 months, like a slice of pizza or a donut. It's amazing :)!
