I eat the same foods all the time. I have not gotten my BF this low for years. A spin and abs class has helped me get to 8% We all beat the hell out of ourselves mentally and physically. None of us have perfect bodies, but we are a support group. Just remember Chi and I have a weird relationship. ( he is jealous of me)

I went through your whole log for a week and wrote it all down this morning. My husband get's freaked out at the three days a week that I go at the moment. I'm going to have to put my foot down I think. LOL!
You haven't logged the types of foods that you eat though, so I'm stuck for analysing it there. What is a typical days pattern for food and what time of day do you go to the gym?

Good grief. Just used Fitday to figure out the calories I have had today thus far....it's no wonder I'm not losing. So far today I have only had 626 calories approx and it's now 4.10pm. I mean I have been eating stuff, but it just doesn't make up the calories. I am not surprised I haven't been losing looking at it to be honest.
I reckon at 13 calories per pound of BW I should be on 1820 also and I have been aiming at 1500 roughly. No wonder. I think I'll need to plan my meals well in advance like you say Trish and stick with it. I may sit down later and plan the next weeks meals.
I was only that above and I had started to pig out too!

Carb cycling is great when you are getting close to your target weight.. you do something like 40% carbs, 25% carbs, 10% carbs, then repeat. Keeps you're body guessing.. that said, I like what others have said which is just stick to a 40/40/20, it's a lot less hassle, it's healthy, and it works.
