Age, Height and Weight should all be considered ... i'm 32/3 yrs old and trying to bulk atm, I don't want to see 16-24 year olds transformations, although good to look and props to those who do it, I'm more keen look/read pics/threads on guys who are the same as me.

I'm looking for exactly the same info. I'm 34 now and have decided that I don't want to be skinny anymore, and am going to smash it as hard as I can. Took all my various measurements etc over the weekend but didn't take any pics though...just a bit too embarrassing I guess. I'll take some pics tonight though and keep them on ice until I have some progress to report on. Hopefully I can have an impressive transformation!

2nd one from my first month back in gym in years was more skinny before that second one from a few weeks ago at about 170 from around 145-150 4-5 months ago.

Hi everyone, I have been training for little over 3 years. When I started I was the scrawniest kid in school. I hated it and got determined to change that. I am nowhere near my goals, but I have made some drastic progress and I hope it will motivate others that are in the same position as I was before.
Here are some stats:
Height: 179cm - 181cm
weight: 57kg - 78kg
Arms: 30cm - 40cm
bf: 12-14%
Max Bench: 45kg - 100kg

Here is my transformation progress over 5 years.
Began at 121lbs, 5 years later and I'm now 165lbs.

Went from 160lbs to 205lbs in 4 1/2 years. Arms have gone from 11" to 16.5", don't know what forearms were before but now they're 14". Legs went from around 20" to 25.5". Training for strongman so not bothered about getting lean. First picture I'm actually flexing lol, second one is relaxed

This is my progress of 9 months bulking. Before and after pictures. Please give me some advice. Should i still bulking or start cutting?. Is my progress good?
My height is 174 cm ( 5' 8.5") and i am 16 years old. Do i have good genetic?
So is it weird for girl to post here?? I'm trying to gain mass, am too skinny now... Height 5'0.5", Weight started at 99.6, now 102.2lbs, 16.1% body fat... Aiming to gain mostly muscle and a bit of fat, with goal 113.4lbs and 18% body fat.

Just had breast augmentation surgery yesterday so will post a more recent pic in a couple days when a bit less swollen... Likely has won me an automatic 5 lbs increase in weight...
