Just found out yesterday we were having a baby girl. If we were having a boy the name was picked after my grandfather. But being a girl I just have no clue. My eyes hurt from looking at this point. And only 2 are sticking currently.
Gracie
Cadence
Any names that fem misc always has liked or would name a daughter? Thanks for any suggestions
Not a subject I've given any thought to, but combining those into Cadence Grace sounds nice, actually. The kid could always go to Grace or Gracie if she doesn't care for Cadence :)

Fuuuuu everytime I bring up a name pretty much denied... idk!!!!
And willow -_- that's a name the gf brought up lol
Keep some names coming that are some of your favorites
-
I like classic names, such as: Emma or Anna/Anne. Jane has always had a beautiful simplicity to me. Not too many ppl naming their kids 'Jane' anymore.
Congrats OP! :)
-
I've always loved the name Josslyn.
But Grace is an excellent choice ;)

Grace is pretty.
I like Cecilia too.
Congrats OP! :)

I always said if I had kids I would give them all names with a Z, so I guess for a girl it would be Zoe. I also really like the name Andrea so I would probably use that if I ever had a girl

Sort of related story. So, I was married young at 20 and my ex-wife and I were going to have a 2nd child and if the child was a boy we were going to name it Mason, because that was my name I liked. Well.. we had a girl and named her Avilee. A couple of years later we divorced, she remarried and had another child. They named the boy MASON, she stole my name WTF?!?! I bet her husband never even knew we were planning on using that either.

Whaa.... You have kids?

Of course I have kids. You think a man as virile and masculine as myself can last 33 years without getting a female pregnant? I mean **** I almost got Penny pregnant from responding to too many of her posts at one time.

Why does this not surprise me?

Rotten vindictive wimmen...she sounds like hub's ex-demonlady. Hub's birthday is June 11. He called me while we were dating and was pretty ticked...stupid wench got married on HIS BIRTHDAY! He was steamed over that for a good while. There have been times I'd like to have met her on a backroad and given her a piece of my shoe.

I like several of those and have a friend named Katina, had never ever heard of that name before I met her.
My middle name also means heavenly ;)

why don't you just make up a new name that doesn't even exist yet?
-
My cousins girl is named Cadence. I think it's cute, they usually call her Cadi.
I love Genevieve. My husband vetoed it for our baby girl, said it was too hard to spell, whatever.
I also l love color/flower names like.
Scarlet
Violet
Primrose
Azalea
Sadley with our last name, can't have a noun.
-
Lisa
Lea
Natalja/Nathalie
Rebecca
Pretty solid names

And just wait until the child is in school and has to spell or pronounce his/her name to every single teacher - substitute teachers too. And then, child grows up and has to spell/pronounce and explain his/her name everytime he/she makes a phone call. And forget about business meetings and gatherings - shaking hands, "How do you do? Yes, my name is _______, it's spelled __________. Yes, it is unusual. My parents named this because _________".

My wife and I have had a girl's name picked out ever since our 2nd baby was born... it has survived through all 4 kids (all boys)
Genevieve would have been our girl's name
