2 hours (after work) until I can race to chipotle and get a double meat chicken bowl, brown rice, avocado and hot sauce
Around 900 calories and 70ish grams of protein. I've been to busy at work to eat. Just coffee. So I'll look forward to endless amount of eggs and fiber one bars till I hit 900 calories. Hnnnngggggg

I used to make a big glass (24oz) of chocolate milk for under 100 cals when I needed to get some healthy fats in.

Took cinnabun protein cheesecake out of the oven, didn't rise at all lol. Eating it in a few hours with some WF blueberry syrup, will provide pics of poverty cheesepancake

Started my back workout then the dude that runs the gym asked me if I could play basketball to make teams even. I said I wasn't very good and that I just wanted to lift, but he insisted and I played anyway. Was so tired after the game, but still did my workout and cardio.

So went to job orientation today and get in there only for the guy there to tell me that I wont be working with a computer/laser and instead the distribution warehouse....awesome right?
Not really...basically 5am to 2pm ill be on my feet burning sht ton of calories so Im going to up calories to maintenance.
Thinking as I get of work, rest up, and hit the gym...hopefully the energy is still there...might even eat more then maintenance depending on how the job really is.
Either way still 2 months till beach season so plenty time to be get ready.
Going to also start doing sht ton of outside cardio during the weekends now thats its nice. Cant rememeber the last time I went running for more then a mile.

I would actually love a 5am-2pm work schedule. Srs. Working until 5 battling rush hour in south fl makes a 20 minute drive home into a 45. Thought about actually switching to the 11pm - 7am shift (a dollar more an hour also) but I couldn't. I'd have to say goodbye to my social life

Its actually 6-2pm but I'm counting the hour that I have to get up, get ready, eat and go to work :D Temp to hire. Company just got bought by johnson & johnson so they're growing right now, and will actually be moving to a new location in a few years and expanding internationally. Guy there told us that... basically as Drake said: Start from the bottom, and then you'll be here? I'm thinking if I do a good job with this "entry-level" position I'll be able to move up to a better position with time..hopefully...shhh no tears, only dreams now
