Explained pretty much everything and anything in this thread if you skim through pages, then some ******* started shouting 9 months
This is the result for about 14-15 months of absolutely perfect diet and training 6-7 days a week with no other commitments, as in literally eat, lift, sleep and sit on my ass
-
quoting this again, I dont know how but thats gains for the first ever 10 weeks of lifting
167->180lbs initial 10 weeks from starved out afterweightloss body, then 12 more months or so to reach 200 shredded
dunno why *******s are making celltech accusations....then again this is misc...
you really think building 20lbs of muscle in a year is easy? lol. ignorance is cute

on newbie gains (slowed down after about 7-8 months, got to 230 like 17% bf before cut), dirty bulk and decent genetics, yes
dunno where *******s get 9 months from...first pic July 2010, second October 2011...
Doesn't really matter if it was 9 months or 14 months... its impossible either way.
Doesn't really matter if it was 9 months or 14 months... its impossible either way.
It's possible with celltech, which is not a bad thing. It's still an impressive transformation with celltech
-
Doesn't really matter if it was 9 months or 14 months... its impossible either way.
So you say, thats what sitting at home for a year+ and literally eat, sleep, train 6-7 days a week looks like
Almost noone can afford the luxury of no work/school and just lift and eat perfectly

bro even then... you must not of gained ANY fat in that time period. That is impossible. Impressive transformation but you can just admit you used gear.

absolutely correct
Rusk has gone too long telling his lie now anyway, so you wont get the truth. He might even be one of those people who end up telling a lie so many times they actually convince themselves that it is the truth
Rusk what routine were you following during this time ?

Not really bothered with accusations, replying coz I'm under the influence and very bored. I know what I am - natural as of so far....
routine: chest/legs/arms/shoulders/back and repeat usually with no rest day or rarely 1
p.s. Right now my next goal is getting into fitness modelling and perhaps a sponsorship
Was always too exausted for cardio so just play around with cals to cut, 0 cardio
Lifting at home so only free weights and pull up bar, not a single machine was used that day
mostly 7 times a week, sometimes take 1 rest day randomly, lift in the evening ~8pm
Birmingham brah

Like I said, I'm not trying to offend you or downplay your success. Even with androgens, I admire that transformation and it more than likely took more hard work and dedication than others imagine. I understand, though, why you wouldn't want to admit to it given your career aspirations.

I just think this natural vs celltech discussion is really silly and pointless when the whole fitness industry is based on lies to sell the supplements to gullible newbs.
Anyway that said I myself am natural
-
Obviously he was fat before, so he can gain weight easy. Losing weight is 10x easier. You lose weight by doing less! not eating! It's not impossible at all. Some of you ***s don't know what dedication is. You people bitch about gaining weight...as did I. I thought I was doing everything I could. Well I wasn't. I bet 90% of the misc can bulk on less calories than me. I will not gain weight if I don't eat 5k calories a day. Calculations say i need 3k to gain weight. i lose anything gained even if i eat 3k. I gained 15 pounds in two months if not less. I lift twice as hard as I use too and am less sore.
Stop hating.
However if OP used you know what, then he's a douche.

Everybody with lifting experience knows it. His transformation is impressive anyway.

I would beg to differ, I had ideal lifting conditions and good genetics on my side plus dedication of a mad kunt, but whatever you say brah, changing anyones mind isnt my priority

To be fair, cell tech was used. I see you're very aesthetic. Dat symmetry.
ps. Nothing wrong with cell tech imo.
-
I don't care, they're just jealous. Had a few pms asking for workout+diet before I put the sig up, so why not make a bit of $ while giving newbies good advice, dont force anyone to buy it...
Because they think you got to that physique the natty way, lol. That's why. You're kinda being like a GNC. "Yeah, buy this creatine, you'll get as big as Arnold in a week!"

Well that physique is all natty, thank you very much. Now see if I was black, noone would even think about screaming celltech, apparently white person can not have good lifting genetics these days not even counting perfectly optimized days for lifting and eating with no job/school
