are you carb cycling or doing keto? i'm considering doing keto for the last 5 weeks of my cut but im oblivious as to how i could get fiber since you can only eat a few carbs
Vegetables have alot of fiber.
Also you can get fiber pills and powders without carbs

your fiber intake doesn't count toward your daily carbs. You can have plenty of fiber!
About to give franks hot sauce a try for the first time
Typically I'd use footys (awesome btw) or the sweet chili sauce

Do you guys count gum towards your macros?
I got the strawberry shortcake flavored gum and it says a stick of gum has 5 calories. Tempted to demolish the whole pack but i don't want to be adding 100 calories of gum.

not the occasional piece or two, but yea if you're throwing back a lot then you need to count those calories...
Do you guys think 3 training days is enough?.. I'm currently working full time, studying part time, and about to start a 2nd job working part time as well :/ lol.. Plus gridiron starts up next month (add in training for that + games) I was thinking legs, back/bis/shoulders, chest/tris/shoulders?.. I really want to keep the muscle gain happening as much as possible.. If I really had to I could probably stick in another session or two early morning, but it would definitely be at the expense of sleep.. Thoughts/opinions? :)

Nope. I got the root bear flavor. Just one a day though for while I lift.
Holy fuk.
Finally caught up with the thread... Been busy catching up and read the ENTIRE thing lol.
Cutting on 2000kcals
175c/67f/174p
IF+EC
The fat is MELTING away. Only been "officially" cutting for a week (using MFP and counting cals)
Already as lean as I was around September of last year. About 5-7lbs heavier than my AVY.
NEED to be 10% by May 21st.
So far today I've had some "buffalo" crock pot chicken breast with some baby spinach and threw a few (18 lolz) croutons in there for a total of 195 cals as of this moment.
Bought a membership to new gym (BABES EVERYWHERE) for that there added motivation.
6 pack cum inside me

What's your weight if you're cutting on 2000? Just curious
maybe, but why would you only want to lift 3 times a week? ive been lazy lately and only going like 3 times a week, but i feel pathetic
Its not so much a matter of not wanting to lift more, its trying to fit it in.. As I mentioned, I could add in another 2 sessions early morning if I had to, but it would definitely cut down on my sleep (would be lucky to get about 4-5hrs sleep if I did this).. So not sure if it would really be that beneficial overall?..

See if it has Sorbitol in it, might be that
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sorbitol
Sorbitol can be used as a non-stimulant laxative via an oral suspension or enema. As with other sugar alcohols, gastrointestinal distress may result when food products that contain sorbitol are consumed. Sorbitol exerts its laxative effect by drawing water into the large intestine, thereby stimulating bowel movements.
Sup brahs
Had a snow day today, so no class, napped a total of 4 hours as a result and now I'm ready to crush back and shoulders tomorrow.
Still managed to get to the gym and do cardio before they closed it/weather got too bad.
I'm currently lifting 5 days/week with back+shoulders x2 and chest+arms x2 and legs x1. I want to add an extra leg day instead of having to do cardio, and i love me sum squats. wut do SCC? If it makes any difference, I'll be doing PHAT when I get back to transition/bulking in about 8-10 weeks.
2 jello puding sugar free + banana :D

I'm not following PHAT (5/3/1), but I am able to get in extra leg work by adding front squats in on my DL days - it's a nice variation and doesn't drain me too much for the following DL work. Just something to consider. (Tuesdays for me are FS/DL/DB Lunge/GHR and Fridays are Squat/Bulgarian Squat/SLDL or RDL though I'll interchange any of those assistance lifts depending on my mood).
When you transition over to PHAT, you'll have two lower body days (right?) that should appeal to you.
Haven't really ate a damn thing all day.. and I'm not even hungy (thank you EC). Weird since i'm usually fairly hungry around this time.
I will probably eat two rice cakes and some PB for my pre-workout at 7:30-8:00 and head to the gym at 9 to KILL chest and shoulders. This will mean I will have only consumed 600-700cals before the gym allowing me to KILL 1300-1400cals before I go night night -win.

Thanks man. I'll prob end up doing a lower volume leg day in that case. And ya 2 lower days when I do PHAT is gonna be fun.
