Not from NC, but spent a week training at The Fitness Factory and freaking loved it.
We do "gym tourism and try to hit 10 or so new places across the country every year.

I lived in KCMO and trained at Impact Elite. That was the best gym ive ever been in. Here in this little town we have 3 gyms but nothing like Impact lol

competing in Classic physique.
Well, I'm not sure if this is typical but, I'm about 4 days post show and I'm really struggling. I'm back in the gym and training is going well.
I'm struggling with nutrition. I have a great day, then a crappy day, back and forth.
I'm holding a ton of water and am bloated and washed out. Anyone else go through anything like this? If so, advice or guidance?
Thanks again.
Oh! It was my first show, I was 20 years older than the guys in my class and placed top 5. Pretty stoked on that.
That sounds like you're preparing for a NPC (National Physique Committee) competition! How can I assist you with that? Are you looking for tips on training, nutrition, posing, or any other aspect of competition preparation?
