thanks man, im not gainst repping out with 500, but i dont lockout my reps when i do high reps like that, so it wouldnt be comparable to the other guy
if i locked out i would burn out a lot faster

when i do the higher volume, depending on the weight, its between 30 seconds and 10 minutes lol
if im feeling dead its 5-10 minutes, otherwise its a short rest period for something like side laterals or curls
and no, no one calls me fat or says they can kick my ass online anymore lol

from what i understand, you should bring up your hamstring/quad strength
apparently strong hams will keep your ass down, because youl be able to maintain the bend in your legs while lifting the weight, instead of your legs locking out and your ass staying higher in the air
if your doing glute ham raises your on the right track
i have never been a huge fan of manipulating form, because typically the form people use naturally is their strongest form, id suggest you just focus really hard on ham/quad strength, and it will almost certainly change your form for the better

Hell ****ing yeah on the dieting with carbs, I remember earlier this year when I was on keto and going to the gym sucked donkey balls, now that I've upped my carbs to around 3-400, I'm not only getting leaner, but stronger and I feel ****ing great! High carbs,med protein, low fat FTMFW!
Also do all your gym sessions take 2+hours?

yeah man. i mean i do feel i lose fat faster on a keto diet, but i lose everything faster on keto lol
il probably get back into ketosis on m-drol tho, just to speed things up.
