Workout Tracker is still having issues. You have to go to "get started for free" in order to enter in a new workout completed for that day. You used to be able to enter it in directly when you click "workout tracker."
The best way I found to get there now is the navigation pane on the left side of our BodySpace dashboard. Click on "My Workouts" and it will take you directly to the Workout Tracker.
Good idea about tracking cardio; it would be nice to track my history of that as well.

It says I have Friend Request but doesnt show the people requesting me or give me anywhere to go to accept them......

On your dashboard, look at the navigation pane on the left side, at the very bottom of the pane is "My Friend Requests". Click on that and you will be able to manage them from there.

Looking better now...lets give the developers a chance to fix the bugs guys :)
one wishlist item:
User photo galleries should be accessible by a tab and also perhaps allow users to display their photo galleries ONLY to friends?

So, What Exactly Does 'Followers' Mean? Were Did My Stalkers Go?
Since the BodySpace redesign last week, some questions have popped up regarding the old friend's module paradigm of Fan Clubs, Stalkers, and Mutual Friends. In a nutshell, it was replaced by the new Friends and Followers model.
In the new model, Friends are what used to be referred to as Mutual Friends. In other words, if you receive a Friend Request from someone, and you decline it (don't approve it), then they will never show up in your Friends list.
The new Follow feature is the same as Subscriptions on ********. (You can subscribe to someone's updates even if you're not their friend. You will see their updates in the 'What My Friends Are Up To' newsfeed section on your Dashboard.)
UPDATE: If you are already someone's friend, however, you do not need to follow them, since you are already getting their updates in your newsfeed. If you submit a friend request to someone and click the follow link at the same time, and they do NOT approve the request, you will not be their friend, but will still be following them. You do not, however, need to follow your friends, since (by definition), you are already following them.
Fan Clubs and Stalking Lists have been eliminated completely. If you were stalking someone before, those were converted over to "follows" [subscriptions].) There are 2 ways to follow someone: clicking the "Follow" link in the left-hand nav on their profile, or sending them a Friend Request and clicking the checkbox in that popup. The first is faster, of course.
Hope this helps clear up some of the confusion! :)

New bodyspace is an abomination.

With the old format, it was easy to find people who had been viewing your profile under the friends icon. Has this been removed?

can you make a redirect in the site's .htaccess folder to redirect www.bodybuilding.com/misc to http://forum.bodybuilding.com/forumdisplay.php?f=19
i run a vbulletin board as well and have done this same thing if you have any questions on what I mean. it would be a huge convenience, especially if it's done with all forums here.
sorry this is off-topic, just while we have you here...
