Agreed. Consistency will get you somewhere, but if you’re consistent with a superior approach, that’ll get you farther.

Substack offers a quick link for me to share articles on my LinkedIn page, so I do. Yesterday I had this message and it's a good reminder that, even though we may not know how we're affecting lives, it's happening.
Hard to believe someone who used my program over a decade ago is now helping young guys around him, all the way across the world. Unbelievable.
"Hey Mr. Miller.
You probably don't know me, but I've followed you here and there since your forum days, sometime in the mid oughties, I think. Your GST method made plenty of sense to me at that time, and I stuck to your template for several seasons before dabbling in some powerliftery and crossfittery and whatnot.
I followed you on LinkedIn sometime after that, and I'm not sure when, but I do remember being grateful that I came across good honest methods that put me on the right path.
I see that you continue to be as diligent and true as you have been, and I just wanted to pipe up and say thanks.
I still hit the gym every morning and I've taken to helping younger men train with more purpose and sense, and I get a lot of retrospection out of it, especially in terms of people and ideas that helped me train better.
So again, I wanted to say that I am grateful for what you do, and it is very encouraging to see someone who sticks to principles.
God bless you and your family."
