i saw an article in Mens Health once when they advised the "Parallel Barbell Crunch" for the serratus anterior. Basically, lay down, hold a barbell like your in the top part of a bench press, and do crunches.

Regular Shoulder and Chest Press will do just fine, you don't have to worry about targeting them specifically w/ partial reps. Time, IMO, is the determining factor, along with diet, are more important than "isolation" exercises
