This is what happens when you dont lift and eat fast food everyday...
I finally came to the conclusion that I've just wasted my considerable gains from the past because I became too comfortable with my life as it stood then. This was a pic of me back in July 2005 (6'0, 195):

It's 2007 now and I'm up to 210. Don't be like me guys, because right now I'm busting my ass just to get back to where I once was, and it's twice as hard this time around because I've got a lot more fat to lose. Never let girls get in the way of your gains, because thats what I did, and now I'm paying for it.
I hope to get back to the first picture by the end of the year, I don't see how it's not possible. But let this be a reminder why you shouldn't stop lifting!
