I am losing weight easily, idk how and why can you guys help me solve my problem?
Hello guys so I cannot understand why I am losing weight when I taking 2300 calories day with 230g carbs and 150-160g pure protein, I was on a dirty bulk for 1 year gained from 49kg - 84.6kg I am on cut like 24 days and lost 5.2kg I am now 79.5kg, I cannot see much difference just for a now, i am in 500 calories deficit btw idk how I am losing easily... My strength also goes up in the gym and I train HIT... Idk what is happening is it water weight most or also some fat, I am scared to not lose muscle thank you :) Stats : 84.6-79.5kg for now I was 25-23% bodyfat idk now 16 years old male 170cm Training 1 year
