Motivation is crap! Be DRIVEN

Please don't rely on motivation in life. Why? because "Motivation is crap, motivation comes and goes. When you’re DRIVEN whatever is in front of you gets destroyed." - David Goggins
Do you think the legends with great physiques like Arnold, Frank Zane, Greg Plitt or whoever you admire were motivated? Hell no. They were so driven that all they thought about was conquering their goals like a lion. It's either DO or DIE.
This principle doesn't apply just in bodybuilding, it applies to all aspects of life. For Example Morgan Freeman one of the greatest actor said that either he will become a successful actor or he will starve to death. So it's either do or die otherwise your goal is not well defined and you will never reach it. So if you're still searching for motivation at this point of you life, please be real to yourself and think long term. Where do you want to be next year? What kind of physique do you want to have 5 years from now? Most importantly WRITE your goals down long term and short term and look at them every single day. Ignore the bull**** which people feed you who try and put you down.
