Skinny fat girl trying to bulk, new in the forum
Hi! I'm trying to get some advice on my workout routine. I've been always a skinny girl but after two years on antidepressants I put on 35 pounds. When I stopped the antidepressant I was able to lose all the extra weight by running and doing intense cardio. Now it seems I'm my all self back...I'm 141 pounds and 5'6 feet tall. My BFP is 22 and I feel I have still a lot of fat in my abs. Should I keep lifting weight and trying to bulk? Or do I have to do some cardio to lose the extra fat?
