At 27, have you been diagnosed with low-test levels?
Not entirely sure I'd add a test booster without knowing I "needed" one.
if you havent had your levels checked by a doctor, then you could be doing more harm than good....
secondly all the over the counter test boosters are a waste of money, if they did work, fda would pull them and need a perscription for them.

It's not going to harm anything, other than maybe your wallet.
The only test booster that I'd recommend is AE APE. I'm 29 and first took it in June of this year, I noticed a marked improvement in strength, mood and libido. It's hard to quite put it into words but it made me want to keep going heavier, kind of gave me that mood to want to go in and attack the gym. There's been others before me that did blood tests before and after taking that results in higher test levels You can simply search for them on the site and find the mega thread, it's worth the read.

APE works PERIOD.
Research support on the key fenugreek extract and blood work on the forum. It works, people woudn't keep buying it for the last 7-8 years if it didn't. We don't even advertise APE in the magazines, yet its one if not the #1 seller in most stores you walk into. It will be back in stock on bb.com next week.
A lot of supplements are widely available on the market. Testosterone supplements are designed to boost testosterone in patients with low t levels, but there are special supplements designed to increase the stamina, improve the muscle mass and enhance health in general; which are being used by bodybuilders or professional athletes. As men grow older, the levels of testosterone begin to drop, so testosterone boosters can be used to improve overall health and restore energy. In addition to this type of products, there are many natural herbs which act by increasing your testosterone. Ginger certainly deserves the title of the best testosterone booster. Medical studies have shown that about 14 g of ginger from natural sources daily is sufficient to increase low t levels. Bulbine Natalensis is an herb originating from Southern and South Eastern Africa, which has been used by people living in those areas as a potent aphrodisiac and testosterone enhancer. The Epimedium, or Horny Goat Weed (as the name suggests), is also a potent natural way to increase testosterone levels and has been used extensively in the traditional Chinese medicine. The Holy Basil and vitamin D are also known to increase testosterone levels. Take a better review from - themanlyzone.com/testosterone-boosters
Don't waste your money on test boosters. The only supps that are worth putting money into are protein, creatine, and a multi. (Maybe a pre workout too.)

Test. boosters just gave me acne, i would not recommend. I have friends who also use test. boosters and don't see much of an acceleration in their growth.

The problem is with the marketing. Test boosters aren't steroids. They're not going to help you pack on "slabs of brutal mass." In my late 30's, what I have found them to be most benificial for is an increase in sex drive, mood, natural energy, and that drive to get chit done. If supplement companies set more realistic expectations in their advertising, there wouldn't be so many people feeling like they're bunk.
Have you tried increasing your healthy fats?
Sixpack
A-HD is worth looking into. What to expect: increased free test levels, libido, mood, sleep patterns and overall well being

This an equally effective way of raising your test to a "test booster" would be calling your local witch doctor.

so bloodwork doesnt count as proof enough?
so bloodwork doesnt count as proof enough?
Bloodwork is proof if done on a large sample of people(many procedures are necessary to be set in place for this to matter ie a control group, analysis of all other things takes, gender, age, diet, time of day).ONE PERSON IS NOT A STUDY. Also test fluctuation during any given day is normal. Dont try to sling snake oil come on man.
Testbooster should be renamed debt booster.

Your right about that. I agree with an actual study being done for an accurate analysis. But I dont believe all test boosters are Snake oil. I do believe in some of the benefits as Ive enjoyed some. However, dont be mistaken as if i think all test boosters are legit or even the ones that are beneficial live up to all the hype. They only provide so many benefits....and yes they have been a debt booster for myself. I only like a couple out of the many Ive tried.

If ginger had any meaningful impact on testosterone everyone would be taking it. There is a reason they do not.
