Tweaked something in my left trap/AC joint on squats last night. Was coming up on the second rep of a double at 500 and it felt like something kinda came loose. No bruising or swelling this morning. Anybody ever done anything similar? My next meet is November 7th so I'm hoping it straightens itself out quick
In because what else is there to do with my free time

I have seen people pull traps during deadlifts doing that

I watched your IG videos
You have a lot of lateral motion on the descent and ascent of your squat. I'm not saying that caused it but I would try to tame that.
