You decide: should I bulk or cut?
Hey guys I'm just gonna post some pictures of what I'm at right now. I've been working out for about 3-4 months now and let me tell you I'm a lot stronger than I was before. However I wanted your guys opinion on whether I should cut down to about 10% bodyfat (about 18-19 right now) and then start bulking again or if I should focus on bulking right now and worry about cutting when I've bulked up. Also tips on areas that look they need work and are overworked? Thanks you guys!
