Why get stronger if it can increase the risk of getting hurt? Logical reason?
I've taken kre-alkalyn in the past and gained a lot of strength in a short period of time, although I don't necessarily remember gaining mass (although I was eating the same amount of calories for six months at the time). My questions is, even if I know taking creatine or kre-alkalyn will help me pump more iron, is there even a point of lifting more weight not knowing how much more I can do and risk injuring myself? Won't I have the same gain if I'm eating a lot?
