Something to help fall asleep faster?
I know about 5-HTP and valerian root but people seem to be able to get addicted to those as well (correct me if I'm wrong).
I just need something that can help me get to sleep. Once I'm asleep I'm fine. I just lay there for an hour, sometimes 2 before I actually feel like I've hit a deep enough sleep. It's really making it hard for me to get up and go to the gym lately. Old age is starting to creep up on me I'm afraid. I never use to have this problem!!
So yeah...is there anything that can just help me fall asleep that won't make me groggy after 6 hours of sleep and not habit forming?
