Agmatine to reduce anxiety
Everyone knows agmatine is good for pumps but its pretty amazing for relieving anxiety as well. I read that as being a positive attribute but I never thought much about it because I'm rarely anxious. I did a team building event two weeks ago and we did a high ropes course. I did one once back in college and it scared the crap out of me. I took a gram of agmatine before I went thinking I might get a pump from climbing but I was in the zone and not scared a bit the entire time. I felt as relaxed up 60 feet as I did on the ground, which was not the case the last time I did a ropes course. Last week I had to speak in front of about 100 people, which would normally freak me out but I thought dosing up some agmatine might help. I took 1.5 grams and was completely relaxed and focused. You might say its psychological and because I thought it would work it did but I was not expecting anything on the ropes course. At any rate, if you have some occasional events that would cause you anxiety, take 1-1.5 gram and see if it helps.
