i do biceps and triceps on the same day. i do more than these 6 exercises but ill use them for an example. should i break up my exercises or do them in a row?
examples in order, should i do this:

hammer curls
preacher curls
seated tricep extension
dumbbell kickbacks
tricep dip machine
or this:
