Would a weight lifting belt help to reduce my waist size do you think?
cut down to a lower amount of bodyfat, don't overdo obliques, bigger lats and bigger shoulders

Lol it's not for that
your natural V-shape is genetic, your frame pretty much decides how much V you have
you can improve it by
cutting down to a low bf%
working on your obliques (don't blow them up though) to make you look more tapered from the front (lower torso)
working on lats (upper torso)
and always delts. they make you look wider on top

don't obsess about getting the V look too much. just bulk for a year, then cut, and you'll have it srs

I was obese then I cut. Naturally got the V but am losing it slightly as I cut more. genetics as well.
Try the vacuum pose. It was a popular method of getting a thinner waist in the 60's-70's.
big shoulders/back, and work dem abs, cut those fckers right down. watch what you eat
Hey, I was wondering how I could get a really thin waist to look more like a V..
You eat less, and move more.
depends on genetics, bf%, obliques, shoulder and lat size.

Excuse me, while I steal your sig. Thanks!
Make your upper body bigger, and lose weight.
genetics
or
get dem lats and shoulders
lose fat
Low bodyfat
And using a trainings belt all day i use one when im in school, home and at the gym heck even when i go clubing
Not srs btw
Semi srs
Keep a low bodyfat with big shoulders/lats to give the illusion of a V.
Some people are naturally born with wide hips and are unable to achieve this, however.
Perhaps eating right or cutting in weight?
