well thats a nice thing to hear! haha i was thinking a bit higher.. but i have no idea.. i am going to cut in 2 weeks and hopefully get all my abs showing and obliques for summer time! haha its winter where i am right now
maybe around 13-14 actually, cut down another 3% and you'll got a good amount of vascularity. Might be wrong though, if the picture was more detailed you could probably be around 11-12 just as datbuff guy said.

I was 198 lbs, kinda fat, not very strong, maybe 14 inch arms, then didnt hit the gym, but dieted down to 176.
then took a sust.350 cyp250 dbol cycle.
50mg dbol oral daily
1ml sust IM every 3 days
1ml cyp IM every 3 days
2 weeks in started taking 20mg aromadex oral daily with my dbol
minimal side effects, massive lifting gains.
went from 176-->196, while body fat has visually been dropping.
now 17 inch arms and all around more muscular.
12 days left in my cycle
