So me and a group of my closet gym monkey friends went to nanimo bc to meet big jay and yes he was big. 270 he said, but anyways I have pictures but I'm to nubby to post due to my lack I posts. All I want to say is jay is super humble and is even better in person then watching its workout videos countless times. He was really nice and answered all our questions. he got a kick out of us for we weren't afriad to talk to him, like everyone esle in the store. When I reach 50 I will upload

I did get to meet him 2 years ago and he was 300lbs lean and he is pretty funny, did a seminar there too and had a posedown with us.
