330 lb weight limit seems low for a dip station. i also look for angled bars to vary the exercise. however, it will do the job as long as you are not dipping a ton of weight.
That thing is weak as **** for 80quid. Go on ebay and you can get a second hand Body Solid unit for between £50-100.

I've had a look on ebay, gumtree, fri ads for second hand equipment, but there doesn't seem to be any around!
Also is max user weight of 330lb really that weak? I weigh approx 170lb so will that even be an issue?

Do you want to be 170 lb forever, or are you looking to get bigger? Do you never add weight to your dips? If the answer to both is yes you will be approaching the limit of that dip stand pretty quick.
With ebay/gumtree etc you need to be patient if you want bargains. I have seen many full commercial dip stands going for £50 many times. Body solid dip bars are even more common.

I understand what you're saying however, how quickly will I approach that weight limit? I would have to add another 160lb to the bars to reach the max user weight. Thats not exactly going to happen overnight right
But ye otherwise, I guess I'll have to be patient and wait for one to come up on ebay or gumtree.

The problem isn't failure at less than 330 lbs., but the fact that it will probably wobble way before you get near 330 lb.
