So it has been a while since I have posted anything. It has also been a while since I have been able to get to the gym on a consistent basis. Therefore, I am basically starting over. A lot has happened since I have last posted. Don't really wanna explain it all, so I'm not going to :-D. Long story short, I'm back. My last workout was today, which I shall post below. Everyone is expected to participate in this thread! Gonna start off with classic SS workouts then hopefully progress into TM after a little while.

Weight has been around 160-165 lately. That should go up. Would like to get to 180 eventually.
