and was legit 270...
idk how you can tell how big he looks when

he looks a really good 280 if he is 280... Which tbh i think he is, this guy could not train for a year... Loose 50lbs and put 50lb back on in 6 months! true champ

just comparing him to how he looked before at 280... might be the fact that he is a lot leaner this time.

it would be awesome to see him pull a Levrone and grow into the O... we'll see though, he may just call his growing season soon and begin prep, i mean there's only ~16-17 weeks til then
If you look at these guys who are injured/returning (Jay +Victor) it seems as if they are more careful and restructuring their training methods. Its like they said to themselves"i do not wan to go through that again soo..." I am not even 100% sure Jay can return to the O stage in 2012 with pain in the bicep attachment area.
