What does ripped mean? Low Body Fat Percentage?
lol @ crossfit
You gotta give credit to those Crossfit people, they really know how to market to the lowest common denominator.
What do you guys mean haha
"crossfit makes girls look hot, if you want to look like a hot chick, do crossfit"
If you want a swimmers or marathon runners body do crossfit.
If you want to be bigger than that lift.

Exactly this.
It depends what you want.
If you want to be in shape and enjoy penis, then crossfit is for you.
If you want to be a complete alpha badass, then lift :D
haha but dont you lift and do strongman stuff in crossfit?
its good for old people too getting bored of bodybuilding, get more in shape for the later years nom' sayin

My good friend is part of the crossfit cult. They only do things like cleans and hypertrophy squats to my knowledge.
Inb4 crossfit videos
Shouldn't this thread be crossfit vs yoga?
Lift things up, and put them down.
Oh and eat a lot.
Crossfit= **** form and will **** you up in the future.
Yeah, it is good for endurance, but if you do it avoid lifting weights. The last thing you want to be doing is rushing yourself through power cleans, deadlifts, etc.
i was just in a weightlifting tourney and this local crossfit shop employees were the judges and they were YOLKEDD!
Regular weight training over cross-fit in my opnion. But hey you can do whatever the ****!!!! you wanna do!
Regular weight training can be better geared for hypertrophy.
you can either lift normally and eat alot or do cross fit which is many different things like endurance, agility, power, strength, gymnastics , etc.. The ignorance above is sad.. You can get pretty beefy doing cross fit if you look at half of the men and women who do it.. Benifits of regular hypertrophy would be larger muscles and possibly strength.. Benifits of cross fit is a well rounded individual strength, a bit muscle size, agility, etc your call man these kids dont know much about cross fit

Crossfit is for skinny/fit people that want to be able to do 4minute mile runs and have moderate muscles haha. But, if you really want to get big muscles and be ripped in that way then do regular training with a good diet of low fats and high protein.
