Best Nitric Oxide Supplement
Hey Guys. I would like to know what nitric oxide supplement is best for me? I'm 5'9" 206 pounds. I lost about 90 pounds over the last couple years. So Based on what I am providing, could anyone please give me some good suggestions?
Tuesday/Thursday: Each exercise of 8 or 10 reps increases by 1 rep for an additional 2 weeks (8 becomes 10, 10 becomes 12). Then weight moves up 5 pounds per exercise after the 3rd week and drops back to 8 and 10 reps.*

B.B. Curls (standing)- 75 pounds 3 sets 8-10 reps
Stand. Shoulder Press- 85 pounds 3 sets 8-10 reps
Lying Tricep Press- 85 pounds 3 sets 8-10 reps
D.B. Hammer Curls- 35 pounds 4 sets 10-12 reps
Lawn Mowers- 35 pounds 4 sets 15 reps (2 sets per arm)
Sunday:
Flat bench- bar 10 reps, 115 pounds 5 reps, 135 pounds 5 reps, 185 pounds 5 reps, 205 pounds 5 reps, 225 pounds 4 reps
Lying Tricep Press- 78 pounds 10 reps, 88 pounds 10 reps, 98 pounds 10 reps
Cable Pull Downs- 150 pounds 10 reps, 170 pounds 8 reps, 190 pounds 6 reps, 190 pounds 6 reps
Bent Over Rows- 65 pounds 10 reps, 110 pounds 8 reps, 155 pounds 6 reps
* I do Abs everyday, and cardio Monday through Saturday.
