I reckon like 18%
I also go about 18% as there's a decent amount of lean mass there. SLOW addition of cardio to find what your maint rate, and stay 500 k cals below daily. Keep your lean proteins over 175g per day, with a higher carb day on Sundays, other 6 days keep it lower. Keep lifting heavy every other week, going lighter the odd week. 1lb per week, tops...
