Cheat meal
Im doing carb cycling, and I'm 16 10% bf and I need to get down to 7% and I need a cheat meal once a week to stay same. Is that ok? Can I still achieve the bodyfat I want and btw I was gonna make it my preworkout meal and then do two hours of gymnastics type training probaly burning. 500+ cals. What do u guys think

Are you planning on competing op?

I'm young and it keeps me sane. And yes I need to be at 7% for modeling.
