Why the **** would you be eating THAT much greek yogurt a day?
Anyway, I had 2 cups of the stuff today. Why I do not know. And if I can't crap I'm gonna go bomb Greece with the dump I can eventually muster..

Cuz it's so easy to fit into my macros and it's high and protein and taste soooo damn good... i need to eat like 4 cups of fiber one cereal and then im going to take a dump like 24ft long (is that the longest possible dump by a human?)

Hahaha, I LOVE it too!! Chobani is my absolute favorite. I mix in 1/3 a cup of All Bran Bran Buds, which gives you 51% of your fiber for the day. If I eat that for breakfast, between all of the fiber and protein, I'm not hungry for hours.
