Lean Muscle / Fat Loss Stack suggestion?
I am trying to increase lean muscle, and cut fat by working out 5 times a week and being on a clean low carb diet.
I was not a big supplement fan and usually just take whey protein post workout, until one of my friends introduced me to 1MR (preworkout supplement). It kicked ass !! I had the best workout ever possible, and had the energy to go another hour if I wanted to. Now I'm wondering if I am in fact missing out on some good supplements.
Current Stats:
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 185 lb
BF: 21% !!
Workouts:
Day 1: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Abs, 20 min cardio
Day 2: Back, Biceps, Forearms, Abs, 20 min cardio
Day 3: Legs, Abs, 20 min cardio
Day 4: (Repeat) Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Abs, 20 min cardio
Day 5: (Repeat) Back, Biceps, Forearms, Abs, 20 min cardio
Day 6: rest
Day 7: rest
Day 8: (Repeat) Legs, Abs, 20 min cardio
Can anyone recommend a good fat loss / lean muscle stack please.
