its extremely easy to get to 2800 calories. What are you eating? Post your diet.
Adding either some quantities to your meals or increasing snacks would be the way to go....peanut butter is your friend. A few tablespoons throughout the day will get you almost halfway to your need of 800 more calories. But if you post your diet itll be easy for one of us to tell you where to add something.
Oh how I wish I had this problem... :(
Luckily I have the same intake as you, my advice would be to drink more calorie dense foods, some examples being milk(whole or 2%, your choice), Peanut Butter (Lots of varying options and flavors here, check out PB&Co products), Olive Oil (Extra-Virgin), Pasta (Any), Ground Beef, Cheese, Nuts, Eggs (eat the yolk or else)...the list goes on.
Why are you coming up short? Are you not hungry enough to consume 800 calories more? Are you trying to clean bulk? Healthy foods are all in relativity, as long as your hitting your macro and micro nutrient levels, you should be solid. If you haven't checked them out, I would check out the stickies at the top of this nutrition forum, that will help you get started, then post a full breakdown of your diet including calories. Then we can provide addtional help. Oh, and welcome.

going by this and this only...you can easily add 800 calories by adding snacks of around 250-300 calories between breakfast and lunch, lunch and dinner, dinner and bed.
peanut butter sandwiches, shakes, protein bars, cottage cheese, yogurt, nuts, WHATEVER you want just get your extra calories

no it wont. Clean calories=dirty calories.
This is delicious and usually somewhere between 700 and 1,000 calories depending on size.
In a blender... put roughly...
3 TBSP natural peanut butter
2 whole large bananas (slice a day in advance and freeze)
1.5 cups whole milk
1 scoop On 100 Whey
You can add ice if your bananas aren't frozen. The shake tastes great and better cold.
From fitday...
864 calories
38 g fat
90 g carbs
51 g protein
I eat low carb 6 days a week right now... this is my PWO shake on my one high carb day. So good.

There isn't a lot of fat in this diet at all. Add some mayo to your burger, drink some olive oil

Gross. Why would anyone drink olive oil. Use it to cook or marinate stuff or just get fats from other sources

Because they are a man and they want to gain. And because it tastes good. It can also be blended into shakes.
Shots of olive oil, chased w some diet pepsi. That makes a Friday night really special!;)
I just can't imagine getting my calories that way. Just seems to me that if you are resorting to shooting OO you aren't being creative enough with your macros
Subs and milkshakes.

Problem is my friend, your frightened about putting on body fat but you think that fat comes from "dirty food".. sometimes you dont have access to " clean food" and end up eating nothing
This approach is ulitmately wrong...
clean bulking does not refer to quality of food, but quantities, follow a constant slight surplus of calories, within a correct expectation of muscle growth and youll be fine.
